There is a difference between our kids' desks and our computer desks. The most obviously is the size. Our kids' desks are created just for smaller bodies. A child will not use his desk if it is too large or he feels uncomfortable while sitting at it. That is why you should not automatically get your child an adult sized computer desk thinking that your little one will grow into it. He will eventually grow enough to use the larger desk, but where will he do his homework in the mean time?

We have discussed ping pong tables and dart boards, but we also have other game tables which you might find room for in your game room.

You might have seen them in sports bars, but have you ever considered bringing a foosball table into your home? The longest of these tables are 56” and they average 29” in width. Unlike ping pong tables, where you need two additional feet on either end, a foosball table needs at least 18” on either side so that you will be able to control the pegs. This means that you should have a space of about 6' by 6' for a foosball table.

Unfortunately, we only sell full-sized eight foot pool tables, but in addition to those, we also have a large selection of other fine quality game room furniture for which anyone can find room in their home, no matter how small the available space.

You might want to consider one of our indoor-outdoor ping pong tables. These average 63” in length and 56” wide. You do need to keep in mind that you will want to have at least two feet of available space at either end in order to allow for game play. This means you should plan on nine spare feet of length. If you have a garage or patio, these ping pong tables could be kept out there since many of our models are weather resistant. While your game room might not have the room for these, you could still have one in (or rather just outside of) your home.

Another option if you are really cramped for space would be to select one of our dart boards. You only need wall space and the length of a room from which to throw the darts. Do not forget that to allow for you to have the best selection of equipment, we sell our darts separately from our dart boards.
